Lagoon biosolids dredging and land application

Upon successful completion and start-up of their upgraded wastewater facility, the City of Hart contracted BioTech Agronomics to provide dredging, transportation land application and agronomic management of the biosolids from their eighty (80) acre wastewater lagoons. Due to the long history of obnoxious odors from these lagoons and the City's acute sensitivity to this problem, we utilize a dredge to pump approximately 2 million gallons per year of biosolids from the lagoon and provide land application to nearby agricultural land. This project has been performed with no odor complaints.
